Where are Printex EG products made?

Our home and bath textiles are produced in-house in Egypt. We manage fabric selection, dyeing, printing, sewing, and finishing.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Egypt only.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Public holidays and courier delays may affect timing. Read our shipping policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Can I inspect my package upon delivery?

Yes. You may open and inspect your package before accepting it. Please see our shipping policy for details, including when delivery fees may still apply.

Can I return an item?

Our current return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving an item, subject to eligibility. Products must be unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging. Contact info@printexeg.co before sending anything back. See the refund policy for details.
